 SHORT SALE INFORMATION
The short sale process may be new to many buyers and is much different than a normal transaction. It is important to know what you are getting yourself into and what to expect. Working with me and my team of professional short sale negotiators will ensure proper responses and a legal transaction. 

 RECOMMENDATIONS
Gather and review as much information about your selected transaction  before writing an offer to purchase.  I can help you identify which properties for sale in the Multiple Listings Service are short sales, which are standard sales, which are probate sales etc. 

 I always consult, negotiate and oversee all details of your transaction

 
A regular sale usually takes between 30-45 days, however, a short sale may take much longer and be more involved and it is extremely important to understand the timing of the process and required documentation required to make this a smooth and successful transaction
